ABOUT ME

I am a graduated with B. S. in Electrical Engineering Technology and has a considerable experience in a number of aspects of real-time embedded software development, such as software process, systems engineering, design, development, functional testing, service/support, project management. He is role model for the lean-agile mindset, who possesses highly collaborative methods of transforming the enterprise to better understand and deliver customer value. Chad exemplifies not only the extensive understanding of the complexities of geographically distributed teams, but also practical knowledge of resolving common issues encountered in these types of teams.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

His numerous skills and experiences include software architecture design for large mining and construction trucks, development of brake, chassis and transmission software applications. He was the head of world – wide teams for design, development and integration of software components and conducted dFMEAs, ensuring that critical safety and uptime requirements were achieved.

Activity

Apart from that, Chad managed three software development teams worldwide, in the creation and delivery of six separate families of machine application software and organized the evaluating and adapting Motor Industry Software Reliability Associations (MISRA) standards into their critical software application development practices.

While being a Scrum Master – Delivery team coach he guided a team working on a high- profile program in acquiring agile practices. Currently, he is the top of a worldwide agile transformation responsibility of an organization and is working towards the organization obtaining a superior level of delivery performance. Moreover, Chad is a key contributor to the enterprise agile deployment team exemplifying strategic initiative for improving culture, global collaboration, predictability and enterprise pull.

ACHIEVEMENTS

In February 2015, he received the Group President Award for Process Quality for the advancements he made in velocity, quality, and employee engagement with the introduction and coaching of the agile mindset and practices.
